Message	Instructions are pretty straight forward on the bottle so i doubt u need any help but the results will definantely clean up that nastyness. Although i have that same lifter problem it didnt solve it but ill add mystery oil next oil change and see what happens then. Good luck. looking for custom sub enclosures????
